DELIVERY DURATION & POLICY
To help you save on delivery charges, We will usually consolidate your items in one single order and deliver them together. When estimating delivery duration, it is best to take the item with the longest Estimated Arrival and use that to calculate shipping duration for your order.
Occasionally, Art Tree Pte. Ltd. may deliver your items to you separately due to the nature of the products. In these instances, you will NOT be charged any extra delivery fees.In the rare occurrence of a wrong item being delivered, please contact our customer service team within seven days and they will send a replacement.
DELIVERY & FEE
Domestic: Free delivery for orders $80 and above. Additional delivery surcharge @ $3.99 will be levied for orders below $80. It will take 3 - 4 working days for processing and delivery of order.
International: All International orders will be sent by air, with pricing dependent on the size of print, calculated at check-out.
Duties & Taxes
Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made. Art Tree is unable to advise how much these duties may/will cost, please ensure you aware of the cost of these fees before you make your purchase.
The logistics provider will notify you of an incoming delivery. If you are unable to receive it, you could reach out to them directly through the message received.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Return your order in its original packaging within 7 days, together with your Art Tree Pte. Ltd. invoice for either an exchange or a full refund.
Refunds will be issued to the card that payment was made with. Return requests must be done by the same person that made the order.
Our 7-day return policy does not apply to incorrect self-assembly, sales/promotion products, "Pre-Loved" products, used products, damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear and products damaged after receipt of delivery.
Simply write-in to email@example.com for a return request, and send the items down together to our retail located at 2 Leng Kee Road, #03-04 Thye Hong Center, Singapore 159086.
Upon receipt, our Returns Department will process the item and get in touch with you within 1-3 weeks. Only items that are received in their original condition will be processed.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE, OR ISN'T WHAT I ORDERED?
If you have received products which you did not order or a damaged/defective product please do not remove any tag or take out the product from the original packaging.
Please send us a photo of the product for verification prior to arranging for an exchange.
MISSING ITEMS IN DELIVERY
Please write in to firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 day of receipt of item if you find any missing items in your order for us to assist you with the necessary. Kindly indicate your order number, product name and attach relevant images as well in order to speed up the processing time.
Only applicable for orders not yet shipped. Once the order status has been changed to "Shipment" or "Delivered", cancellation of order is not allowed.
MODIFICATIONS ON ORDERS
Buyers are allowed to make changes to orders placed within 12 hours of purchases and before orders are fulfilled. Changes requested after 12 hours of purchase will not be entertained.
