Refund policy
Return your order in its original packaging within 7 days, together with your Art Tree Pte. Ltd. invoice for either an exchange or a full refund.
Refunds will be issued to the card that the payment was made. Return requests must be done by the same person that made the order.
Our 7-day return policy does not apply to incorrect self-assembly, sales/promotion products, "Pre-Loved" products, used products, damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear, and products damaged after receipt of delivery.
Simply write to gifts@arttree.com.sg for a return request, and send the items down together to our retail located at 2 Leng Kee Road, #03-04 Thye Hong Center, Singapore 159086.
Upon receipt, our Returns Department will process the item and get in touch with you within 1-3 weeks. Only items that are received in their original condition will be processed.
