Shipping policy
To help you save on delivery charges, We will usually consolidate your items in one single order and deliver them together. When estimating delivery duration, it is best to take the item with the longest Estimated Arrival and use that to calculate shipping duration for your order.
Occasionally, Art Tree Pte. Ltd. may deliver your items to you separately due to the nature of the products. In these instances, you will NOT be charged any extra delivery fees. In the rare occurrence of a wrong item being delivered, please contact our customer service team within seven days and they will send a replacement.
